Why auto repair shops in Islip miss calls
The Town of Islip covers a lot of ground, from Islip hamlet and Bay Shore along Montauk Highway to Central Islip, Bohemia, and the industrial parks near Veterans Memorial Highway. Many shops here serve fleets and work vans as well as family cars. Contractors' vans break down early in the morning, and a fleet manager who reaches your voicemail will call the next shop that might get the van back on the road today.
How it works for your shop
- You keep your number. Calls you don't pick up forward to your AI receptionist.
- It answers, gets the details, and reads them back to confirm.
- You get an email right away, and urgent calls are flagged first.
It never quotes prices you haven't approved, books appointments, or diagnoses problems. It takes a clean message so you can call back.
Question from Islip shop owners
We do a lot of fleet and commercial work. Can it capture that?
Yes. It records the company name, vehicle details, and whether the vehicle is drivable, and you can set it up to flag fleet accounts so you call them back first.

Want it to book the job, too?
